About me

My name is Adam Zieliński. My passion, which I have been pursuing for over 5 years, is programming of web applications

I started to learn programming from C++ and next after some projects with Java and C# I finally realised that working with web applications is for me far more interesting than with window-based ones. Since then I was strongly absorbed by PHP in which most of my projects were created. Soon I have encountered PHP frameworks like Zend, CakePHP, CodeIgniter (and it's improved version: Kohana), and Symfony.

Only after creating my first project in Symfony did I realize that it's perfect tool for me. From all of the frameworks which I have been using, I find Symfony as a best choice for high-quality rapid development, so I use it as often as I can.

In the meantime I find Python's Django very friendly, so I started to learn it. It was a good choice, because python shown me how to significantly speed up expressing my thoughts as a code.

I am not only a programmer. In matter of web design I know well W3C standards according to which I can create seo-friendly valid (X)HTML code and improve it with light and compatibile CSS. Also, I am familiar with jQuery javascript framework and it's AJAX support which both were very helpful in process of creating of my own website: PlanerCzasu.pl (an internet timetable)
